Coaching the Regional Clinical Directors at Spire Healthcare provided an incredible opportunity to work with highly pressured leaders in the health service.
Some of the themes covered here included strategies for coping under pressure, self-care while achieving high performance and preparing for complex conversations while retaining empathy for others.
I coached this amazing team of charity workers, who support young carers and young workers, as they emerge from lockdown and working remotely.

Olive Academies, a multi-academy trust, supports children and young people who have experienced difficulty in learning in mainstream schools.
The headteachers work with young people who are at risk of exclusion, those who have been permanently excluded from school and those who have medical needs.
I have delighted in coaching the headteachers across Olive working through the lens of resilience, well-being, growth leadership, optimising performance and team development.
